An Opportunity has arisen for a permanent full time Band 3 Outpatient Administrator within the Dermatology Department at the Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre.

The role is for a 9 month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave

Training and Qualifications

Essential criteria
- 5 GCSE A-C passes including English and Maths or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria
- Previous Administration experience
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent IT skills

Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of hospital IT systems, e.g. Medway PAS, Notis.

Communication Skills

Essential criteria
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear manner
- Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences
