We are developing a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for organisations who employ talent that require UK work visas, to make immigration support truly digital, sustainable and innovative, significantly disrupting existing traditional manual, expensive and highly administrative processes.

**The role**

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join us. We are looking for dedication and commitment, someone who will be responsible for providing immigration advice to our B2B customers. Customer success / satisfaction is a very important part of this role so being outcome focused is absolutely vital. **Responsibilities**:

- Act as the go-to point of contact for a portfolio of corporate client accounts regarding UK immigration;
- Be a clear voice in the leadership team helping to identify and fuel our growth through delivering high quality services and support to our clients;
- Work closely with the CEO and sales team to develop and generate new business opportunities ensuring that agreed revenue targets are met;
- Remaining abreast of all relevant rules, laws and best practice affecting the company's core activities;
- Helping ensure adherence to OISC Rules and Codes;
- Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
- Work closely with the Product team to further improve our digital products and services;
- Look for opportunities to encourage further sales from existing clients by finding gaps in their processes that could be filled with the company's services;
- Regularly report to the leadership on all aspects of the immigration service process;
- Quickly gain full knowledge of the Nation.better products to deliver results;
- Contribute to the blog writing about UK immigration-related topics;
- Play your part setting the tone and culture of who we are.

**Key requirements**:

- 3+ years working as a qualified OISC Level 1 Immigration Advisor with a solid track record;
- Proficiency in using SMS (Sponsor Management System) is a huge bonus;
- Willingness and ability to learn new ways of using technology to simplify internal processes and deliver services;
- Ability to produce high quality, detailed and accurate work within tight deadlines;
- Excellent level of attention to detail with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills;
- Experience using case management systems and proficient user of Google products (Doc, Sheets, Presentation) or MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is a plus;
- Experience with writing blogs / content / posts is a plus;
- Self starter, proactive, driven, persistent, energetic and resilient personality;
- Someone with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, coupled with a friendly and approachable manner;
- Strong team player with good project management skills;
- Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment and willingness to learn new things is a must.

**Interview process**:
As part of the interview process, you may be required to take a scenario-based test that would test your knowledge and understanding of UK Immigration Laws.
