**About the role**

At Sodexo we are passionate about the services we deliver. We currently have an opportunity for a **Security Receptionist** to join our team in **Colchester**. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

The key role is to make sure all customers are delivered the highest quality of service through efficient management of the service desk and continuous improvement to service delivery.

As our go to person, you’ll ensure all passes are processed correctly and ensure all protocols and procedures are always followed correctly. You won’t ever need to worry about two days being the same

**This role requires an SIA licence and a background in Security**

If you have great attention to detail, love being part of a focused team and want an excellent opportunity then we would love to hear from you

Your previous experience in a customer facing role, brilliant communication skills and IT knowhow will help you as you become an important part of our larger team. You will be maintaining accurate records, either manually or via our in-house computer systems/programmes.

As you’ll need to undertake security checks for this role we’ll need to see your 3-year employment history as well as evidence of UK residency for the last 3 years.
