**Location: Base: Walsall - Regular national travel**

**Position Reports To: Director of Human Resources**

**Annual Salary between: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance**

**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Advisor to join an expanding business that has a growing presence across the UK. This role will be working within the HR team, supporting the training and development across the business.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- To facilitate an efficient annual, and longer-term training and development plan, providing quality training in the right place, at the right time, at the least cost, through a combination of training approaches
- Responsible for the Training and Development of all mandatory training
- Develop, design and deliver training across all areas within the business in line with current legislation and statutory obligations
- Facilitate all aspects of training
- Work alongside our training partners to support and develop all apprentices
- To implement efficient processes, utilising technology where appropriate, to enable managers and their staff to easily book, complete and record their training
- To monitor and evaluate the quality of training and learning outcomes
- Produce monthly training statistics and reports
- Working with key stakeholders within the business to develop performance management frameworks linked to training and development needs
- To support on any ad hoc projects within the HR team
- To work as part of the team across PS - promoting policies, vision and ethos of the business
- The ability to design and deliver effective virtual training courses and workshops
- You will be required to travel to our various offices on a regular basis

**Experiences and Skills Required**
- Learning and Development/CIPD/Training Qualification
- Ideally degree educated
- Previously worked within an L&D/Training environment
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels within the business
- Excellent Administration and IT skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Experience of generation and delivery of training materials
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working with Microsoft teams
