The below role is;
- Part-time & Full time positions
- 5 days out of Monday - Saturday
- Typical hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid break (8 hours per day)
- Salary based upon experience

The responsibilities include;
To have a full understanding of the Company’s brand and positioning and to be able to represent the Company when communicating with customers, guests and home owners.
- Preparation and delivery of service in our holiday cottages is your role, the following covers the key elements.
- Adhering to the rota and carrying out back of house activities (such as stock, clean and dry linen)
- Ensuring that the proper standard of cleaning and staging is being delivered by the team and that feedback is acknowledged
- Spot checking properties to ensure the correct standard is being met
- Attend department meetings and feedback information when necessary/relevant
- Assist the property management team in reporting guest damage/maintenance issues/wear and tear in properties
- Maintaining current versions of paperwork forms used by the housekeeping team
- Full driving license required

**Guest Communication**
- Be an ambassador for the luxury company brand.

**Customer Care**
- Deliver high standards of customer care at all times to guests
