Winter Glow hosts four amazing attractions each Winter at the Three
Counties Showground - The Personalised Santa Experience, Ice Skating, Light Trail and Festive fun fair

**The Santa Experience comprises of**:
The Winter Village, where visitors can train at the elf training academy, meet our singing reindeer, complete Jingles Cheeky Challenges and write letters to Santa.

The Grottos, where they can meet Santa in a personalised experience and receive a hand picked present with a nice list certificate.

The Toy Workshop, where toys of all sorts are available to be played with. And Mrs Claus’ bakery where they receive a drink and decorate Gingerbread Cookies.

**Event Elf Role**

**O**utgoing, confident Event Elves required to assist Santa and Head Elf Jingle making magical memories for visitors young and old. Elves must be confident interacting in character, maintain procedures for smooth running of the grottos and be reliable.

**Pay**
**£**12 per hour all inclusive

**Role Requirements**

**P**revious experience desirable
Minimum age 18
You will be required to wear an elf uniform provided by Winter Glow.
You must be willing to fully immerse the Elf role and become part of the experience.
Ability to follow direction and guidance from event managers
Willing to get stuck in in all aspects to ensure smooth running of event including but not limited to; present picking, grotto time keeping and support, serving in the bakery, cleaning and tidying, greeting and interacting.
In Person interview in Cheltenham or online interview as agreed

Roles are based in agricultural barn during all types of Winter Weather
Full onsite management and support
Shortest shift 5 hours, longest shift 12 hours
Flexibility in shifts and volume of work
