Winter Glow hosts four amazing attractions each Winter at the Three
Counties Showground - The Personalised Santa Experience, Ice Skating, Light Trail and Festive fun fair

**The Santa Experience comprises of**:
The Winter Village, where visitors can train at the elf training academy, meet our singing reindeer, complete Jingles Cheeky Challenges and write letters to Santa.

The Grottos, where they can meet Santa in a personalised experience and receive a hand picked present with a nice list certificate.

The Toy Workshop, where toys of all sorts are available to be played with. And Mrs Claus’ bakery where they receive a drink and decorate Gingerbread Cookies.

**Father Christmas Role**

Fast paced Personalised Grotto Experience based at the Three Counties Showground.
Each grotto sees 3 bookings every 20 minutes, and Santa’s are expected to use personalised details supported by an information sheet and their own grotto elf.

**Pay**

£28 per hour all inclusive
£20 costume fee per day if providing own

**Who would this role suit?**

Actors
Friendly faces who are passionate about creating festive experiences

**Role Requirements**

Previous experience desirable but not essential
Male, minimum age 25
DBS check will be required and paid for by Winter Glow
Ability to recall personalised details and interact with children and adults in a appropriate manner
Ability to stick to timings as advised by grotto elves
In Person interview in Cheltenham

**Other**
Realistic, high quality costume provided
£20 fee per day for own costume - costumes must be reviewed and agreed by Winter Glow prior to event
Roles are based in agricultural barn during all types of Winter Weather
Onsite guidance and training provided
Santa dialogue guide provided
Full onsite management and support
Shortest shift 5 hours, longest shift 10 hours
Flexibility in shifts and volume of work
