Scholars School System is a project of UK CURRICULUM & ACCREDITATION BODY (UKCAB, a registered charity founded in 2006) is looking for an Admissions Officer for the Manchester branch.

Scholars School System is a national independent higher education provider, offering world class education. Taught programmes delivered in partnership with Leeds Trinity University and Central Bedfordshire College and courses ranges from Foundation Year, Higher Nationals to Undergraduate Degrees_._ Over 5000 (UK and EU) learners have successfully completed their journey in last five years and current student population is around 3000.

Reports to: Assistant Admission Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a role that combines admissions and related responsibilities and would suit someone either with or keen to gain a breadth of experience for future career development.

This is an exciting role, requiring the post holder to perform sometimes complex administrative coordination in a time pressured and deadline-controlled environment, including during the peak admissions window for our FdA Students (enrolment starting from November), HND & HNC Students (enrolment starting from June/ July) in the preparation for each term’s teaching.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Providing professional advice, guidance on admissions and recruitment processes and procedures to potential students.
- Maintain and organise admissions tracking on spreadsheets.
- Arranging appointments and interviews for the progression of applicants.
- Representing the Scholars and being the first point of contact for prospective students
- Organise and maintain files and records and update admissions files when necessary.
- Update students records on CRM.
- Liaise with staff in other departments.

Yearly Bonus Scheme

Salary

£19,760 plus performance based bonus

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
