Admission Officer/ Recruitment Administrator

We’re looking for a results-driven, enthusiastic, confident and creative individual to join our team as a Admission Officer or Recruitment Administrator.

Under the direction of the Admission Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Undergraduate Admissions process:

- Ensuring compliance within procedures and policies, including through relevant training
- Preparing acknowledgement, shortlisting, and final assessment, drafting, and distributing general feedback, tracking conditional offer fulfilment, and verifying qualifications
- Record-keeping and data management of records on Admissions in compliance with legislative requirements
- Participate in Admissions-related talks and events, as appropriate
- Undertaking other duties at the direction of the Senior Management or Academic Registrar as appropriate

Admissions Officer Requirements
- Proven administrative skills obtained through demonstrable experience
- A well-organised, clear-thinking, proactive, and effective administrator
- Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and work calmly and logically to meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines
- Ability to work independently, practically, and resourcefully as a member of a small team
- Quick to learn new systems and processes, and to have the capacity to assimilate, understand, and retain complex information at speed, while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deal confidently, sensitively, and appropriately with a wide variety of people
- Ability to be tactful and discrete in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with an ability to analyse and present relevant data to a range of stakeholders
- Flexibility in their approach to work, with a co-operative attitude

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
