Proactive Personnel are currently searching for a Sales representative for a rapidly growing company based in Bolton. They work with in the transport and logistics industry so experience in this industry is beneficial. They are a young company with flexiblemethods and appetite for growth. The Courier/Logistics industry is growing day-by-day and the customer-pool to target is ever-expanding.

This role will require you to source and contact your own leads. You will be targeted with the growth of new customers and Margin; you will manage each account that you bring on.

**Experience**

Must have:

- Sold over the phone (or f2f) previously (or worked in Telesales)
- Worked towards monthly targets previously
- Ability to make 60+ outbound calls a day
- Ability to manage customers

Desired Experience:

- Worked within Couriers/ Logistics
- Sold and Account-Managed to E-commerce Industry
- Full UK Driving licence

**Benefits**:

- 20 days + bank Holidays allowed; extra holidays can be earned through performance
- Working hours = 40 per week contracted. Early finishes based on performance.
- Workplace pension contribution.
- As well as commission, extra rewards (holidays, days out etc.) available based on performance
- Annual business trip to Portugal and/or USA based on performance.

Salary negotiable DOE, circa £24,000 plus commissions and bonus (realistic earnings in first year £35,000)
