Legal Secretary

Well established, reputable law firm in the central Truro area is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their conveyancing team.
This role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis, working 9.00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
**The Role**:
**About you?**
You will need to have a flexible approach and the ability to work within a team environment. With a typing speed of at least 65wpm, you will be required to provide a high quality secretarial and administrative service to the Team. You must be able to produce a high volume of accurate typing by means of digital dictation and other means, and you will also be responsible for diary management, routine client telephone enquiries as well as general secretarial duties.
**Essential skills & experience**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on exceptional client care.
- Solid legal secretarial or administration experience and be used to working in a busy and highly professional driven environment.
- Digital dictation (audio typing), copy typing (min 65 wpm) and e-filing.
- Highly organised, motivated, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
- Excellent all-round communication and IT skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Previous experience of working in a law firm, commercial or residential estate agency is an advantage.
