**Position**: Legal Secretary

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday
**Work Location**: In-office, although hybrid/WFH may be considered.
We are currently seeking a talented legal secretary to join our commercial property department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to assigned lawyers and the commercial property department.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage and organise digital legal files, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient retrieval.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for lawyers and clients.
- Maintain calendars and manage deadline reminders.
- Conduct legal research, gather relevant information, and compile reports or summaries as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Professional demeanour with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
