Spa Apprentice

**This is designed for qualified (or soon to be) Level 2 Beauty students looking for an alternative to a college apprenticeship, OR for those who completed a Level 2 apprenticeship elsewhere and are looking to expand their skills in a luxury boutique spa environment**.**

**What you’ll be doing?**

Our Academy will provide the opportunity for you to work with us on a full-time basis and to ‘earn while you learn’, setting you up with the very best skills, qualifications and experience to begin your career in the industry. We have partnered with the International Beauty and Holistic Academy to create a bespoke Level 3 Beauty/Wellbeing & Holistic Therapy qualification, where instead of day release, you will attend 3 days of training per month across 20 months, either at one of our hotels or at our training centre in Gloucester (with accommodation and travel costs covered).

You will join us in initially mastering reception duties, before honing your Level 2 skills with TempleSpa training to deliver facials. As your training continues, so will your experience, allowing you to train and deliver massage, body wraps and advanced treatments, all supported by ‘Eden Masterclasses’.

This is a unique experience bespoke to Eden Hotel Collection, where you can develop through your Level 3 qualification whilst delivering advanced treatments prior to full qualification completion.

**What you’ll need?**
- To be successful you will have gained a Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy;
- To be committed and passionate about a career within the beauty/spa industry;
- A passion to provide holistic and beauty therapies according to a five star spa service standard;
- Exceptional grooming standards;
- It goes without saying that a positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential, along with a good sense of humour, team spirit, as well as a real and evident passion for both the industry and for Elan Spas.

**What to expect?**

You will be working a minimum of 40 hours, across 5 days per week (inclusive of training days). Our spa’s are busiest from Friday to Sunday, with weekends off awarded on a rotation basis.
