Role - Business Administration Team Leader
- Location - Reading Area- Closing date for applicants - 12th April 2023AWE are currently recruiting for a Business Administration Team Leader to lead, motivate and develop a team of people engaged in the delivery of business administration services, whether embedded or as part of a Local Help Point team.- AWE offer a competitive salary, market leading contributory pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, excellent work/life balance including a 9-day working fortnight and flexible working hours (role dependent). A salary sacrifice scheme is also available.- You will be required to:- Build, develop and coach a team of dedicated business administrators to provide services covering a range of requirements
- Provide appropriate visible management and leadership to a team of people engaged in Business Administration activities in accordance with company processes and to enable the delivery of high performance
- Provide advice and guidance to customers enabling access to and use of the relevant processes
- Identify and drive improvements for delivery by maximising system efficiency and capability and ensuring that the team fully utilise the tools and processes available
- Deliver improved service levels and reduce costs through use of systems, processes and innovative ways of working
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, key stakeholders and interfaces to ensure a seamless process
- Measure, monitor and manage delivery of services on a daily basis to ensure operations are efficient and effective and enable consistent delivery against service standards, measures, targets and objectives
- Manage the performance and development of individuals and the team to provide the skills required to ensure continuity of service delivery and enable succession arrangements- To be successful in this role you should have the following skills:- Excellent working knowledge of administration procedures, systems and tools
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately at all levels
- Good interpersonal and team working skills
- Ability to effectively problem solve
- Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise the team workload to meet conflicting demands
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
