Join the Digital (IT) Services team, as a digital ambassador... we need two of you

If you are a recent University of Wolverhampton graduate looking for that first step into a career in digital technology, then this role is for you. You do not need to have a technical degree, but you do need to have an interest in digital technology and the services and products it offers.

You will be joining a team that is passionate about the use of digital technology and services, working together to deliver the University’s digital strategy. You will be integral to the support we offer our staff and students with the use of the digital university.

As a digital ambassador you will play a crucial customer-facing role to enable our students and staff to make the very best use of the digital technology available to them, both new and existing. You will work closely with the Digital Transformation team, the User Experience team and the Project Management Office, to support a range of activities that help our staff and students to work confidently with the use of technology.

The roles are permanent and full-time and benefit from working flexibly, with a mix of working on campus and from home.
