**This position is a 100% office based**

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Payroll Officer to be part of HR team.

**The role**:

- Preparing all relevant hotels and office payroll accurately and timely as per the prescribed requirement
- Manage the full range of payroll duties including, processing of monthly and weekly payrolls.
- Prepare payroll-related reports as required.
- To verify regular and overtime hours
- Ensuring that all starters, change of status and leavers are authorized before preparing them for input.
- Support HR with admin duties

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience within payroll of 400 plus employees'
- Experience using HR systems (Harri, Fourth, Sage)
- Knowle of PYAE and TAX deductions.
- Experience in payroll and administration
- At least 1 year experience in a similar environment
