Clinical and Professional Lead for Psychological

We are delighted to be advertising this exciting opportunity to take up a key role in the senior leadership team in our Buckinghamshire Mental Health Directorate and in our trust wide leadership team for the psychological professions and psychological therapies.
Following retirement of the current postholder we have identified resource to support a full-time role overseeing our specialist psychological therapies provision in our specialist mental health services in Buckinghamshire. The postholder will provide clinical and professional leadership to psychological therapists working across specialist mental health services or adults and older adults including in new primary care facing services developed as part of our Community Mental Health Framework transformation. They will work with the Clinical and Professional Lead and Head of Service for the Buckinghamshire IAPT service to provide psychological clinical leadership to the Buckinghamshire senior management team.
This is an exciting and critical post which is key to our ambitions to ensure that we are providing the best possible mental health services to people in Buckinghamshire with psychological therapies as a core and integrated component.
