**Job description**

Spudulica Home & Garden Ltd are looking for an internal sales administrator to handle internal sales and assist with order processing / dispatch.

Spudulica is a sister company to EcoGrid Limited and we have a combined team of 16 people working from our office in Wallasey. We are a family run business specialising in environmentally friendly and sustainable construction products.
- Ability to process information and data accurately and at speed
- Self-motivated
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Reliable and flexible
- Ability to manage time, organise workload and balance priorities
- Polite and professional demeanour
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Computer literate with attention to detail and accuracy

Duties Include
- Daily sales and associated tasks - product advice, sales, payment processing, associated administration, returns, customer service, customer retention, key account management etc
- Following up of incoming telephone and website enquiries.
- Generating quotations accurately, take orders and build repeat business.
