**Job Role**:
Would you love to show potential buyers and tenants around properties? Well, this could be your opportunity Your day-to-day role will be fast-paced and varied, predominantly out of the office dealing with property inspections, inventories and conducting viewings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting viewings and meeting prospective tenants
- Taking photographs of properties for advertisement
- Conducting routine inspections on properties
- Conducting general out of office appointments
- Answering the phone and booking in viewings

**Skills & experience requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year office experience
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Must be confident in person & on the phone
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - essential
- Previous industry experience - preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Must be flexible - Saturday mornings
- Hours/days are negotiable.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wallasey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (required)
