**30-day Photography/Content Creation Work Placement in Lisbon, Portugal.**

CapacityUK is a community based training provider offering high quality training and work experience that provides our students and services users with learning and employment opportunities that would not otherwise be available to them.

We’re offering a short term, 30-day work experience placement within the creative industries sector in Lisbon, Portugal starting in January 2023.

The funding for these placements is for UK residents only. Applications from non-UK residents will not be considered.

**Role Description**:
The intern will be supporting the team with launching their new fashion brand. This will include tasks such as:

- Assisting with Photographing & Styling for Fashion Products (Clothing) for their online store
- Photo Editing using Photoshop, Lightroom or other software for photographic editing.
- Content Creation (videos & photos) for all social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Helping with the running of the brand’s photoshoot, dealing with models, make up, styling, etc.

The participant will be working alongside the Creative Director and the Fashion Designer and CEO’s of the brand FOLLE & FOU, helping with the launch of the brand and implementing social media strategies. They are preparing an early launch of selected products for pre-order in February, anticipating the launch of the brands full SS23 collection in March/April.

**Required Applicant Profile**:
Must have a background in photography and social media management
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom or other software for photographic editing
- It is essential that you bring your own laptop

**What We Offer**

In order to support you during your 30-day work placement, Capacity UK will provide you with the following
- £125 per week subsistence allowance
- Shared accommodation (bedroom, shared living spaces such as kitchen, bathroom and living room)
- Language tuition
- Flights to and from your destination (including airport transfers in your host city)
- Travel medical insurance for the duration of your stay
- Ongoing support and local pastoral care for the duration of your stay

The work placements will enable participants to develop experience and practical skills, as well as offering language tuition and understanding of the destination country.

As part of this placement experience you will also complete a unit of a Level 3 qualification in Creative Industries accredited by the Learning Resource Network.
