We are seeking a full-time Welfare Administrator to join our team at a Secondary School in Ealing. This is a critical role that offers theopportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and the wider school community.

As the Welfare Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and implementing policies and procedures related to the safety and health of students
- Coordinating first aid responses and providing appropriate medical assistance as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of incidents and accidents
- Providing support and guidance to students and staff on welfare-related issues
- Collaborating with external agencies and organizations to ensure the welfare of students
- Planning and organizing welfare-related events and activities.
- A relevant qualification in welfare administration or a related field
- Current first aid training and certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with young people
- A desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students and the wider school community.
