Patient Safety remains high on the national agenda and is core to our Trust values and priorities. You will be joining our team at an exciting time in patient safety as we transition from investigating serious incidents under the serious incident framework, towards leading learning responses and patient safety incident investigations under the new Patient Safety Incident Response Framework from Autumn 2023. The post job title will be revised as we complete our transition to PSIRF.
