**About the Role**: As our Spa and Leisure Receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in the team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting guests and members on arrival
- Managing spa and leisure facility bookings with efficiency and attention to detail
- Providing information about our leisure facilities and spa days/treatments
- Handling enquiries both in person and over the phone, to deliver exceptional customer service
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including payment processing and activity coordination, to support the smooth operation of our spa and leisure facilities.

**Requirements**:

- A friendly, welcoming and helpful attitude
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Proficient computer literacy
- Strong organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a spa, leisure or hotel environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
