**Head Barista**:
We are excited to be recruiting for a brand new position to join the Coffee#1 team, a Head Barista

In this role you will be the point person for all communication, training, and maintenance of anything coffee related in store. To increase coffee quality for our customers, profitability of the company and skill enhancement of team members.

You will take ownership of the coffee training program in store for all new starters, ensuring all brand standards are adhered to. Ensuring you are going above and beyond with product presentation and leading from the front with passion and enthusiasm for all things coffee related.

This position is available on a 25, 30 or 35hour contract dependant upon the store needs.
