**REPORTING TO**:Supervisor, Senior Barista, Head Barista

**ROLE OVERVIEW**: As a Trainee Barista at Mettricks, you embark on a journey to master the art of crafting exceptional coffee. Under the guidance of our experienced Head Barista, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to transform you into a skilled and passionate coffee artisan. This role provides an opportunity to learn the intricacies of coffee preparation, customer service, and the unique culture that defines Mettricks.
