BFT Mastclimbing is looking to appoint an Operations Assistant to join their Leighton Buzzard office team and be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager and other members of the Operations team to ensure the smooth running of the business.

BFT are specialists in the design, supply and maintenance of access equipment in the form of mastclimbers and hoists for the construction industry and have a great reputation across the UK. We have experienced a period of rapid growth and seek to continue this growth whilst maintaining our dominance within the industry.
- Duties and responsibilities will include:_
- Update engineer/Installer day work Excel spreadsheets.
- Schedule the working day for all engineers, contacting the clients to book in the service / works
- Monitor the breakdown inboxes and arrange deployment of an engineer
- Schedule works via BFT system (SYRINX) ensuring all paperwork is completed and submitted
- Generate and submit costs to clients for damage to BFT equipment
- Raise breakdowns and assign them to engineers on the Syrinx system
- Schedule/raise service jobs for engineers on the Syrinx system
- Create and maintain an accurate record of all quotes & contract instructions
- Create weekly / monthly reports to summarise servicing and breakdown figures for management
- Monitoring engineer van parts stock
- Requirement for maintaining communication with BFT staff and clients
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised environment in the office
- Create and maintain project filing system within the office
- Create and maintain an accurate record of all CVI’s and site instructions
- Create and maintain an accurate project drawings filing system
- Control the return of Supervisor handover and dismantle sheets
- Assist with the scheduling of installation teams
- Assist with the booking of internal delivery slots and customer delivery portals
- Preparing generic RAMS documents
- Upload details onto the cloud - project info, reports, photos etc.
- Carry out other similar tasks as and when required by the Ops team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
