The postholder will work closely with all stakeholders including teachers, teaching assistants and parents to effectively address the students behaviour and provide appropriate curriculum and pastoral support.

The ability to develop positive, respectful relationships with young people is essential.

**Interviews will take place on the 7th September 2023.**
