We have a fantastic opportunity to join WTW in our GB recruitment team as a Technology/IT Recruiter for our ICT team working on a hybrid or remote basis from home and any of our London, Reigate, Cambridge or Ipswich offices.

You must be a proactive can-do person with a passion for change. You will exemplify best practice especially when utilizing effective and strategic sourcing techniques to identify and attract inclusive and diverse talent.

**The Role**
- Recruit for varied talent profiles based on hiring requirements and approved requisitions
- Engage and build strong partnerships with external third parties who also engage in attracting talent for this line of business
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with ICT Leaders and Hiring Managers to develop understanding of our business, hiring needs and evolving requirements
- Engage with networks to remain close to market trends and movements and share knowledge
- Work in collaboration with other recruiters to share ideas, best practice and support as required
- Work with the recruitment leadership team to develop best practice in the Technology recruitment space
- Understand and take accountability for hiring metrics to track effectiveness of recruitment efforts and quality of hire
- Create job adverts to attract diverse talent in the market, including leveraging networks, alumni and other channels
- Promote and explore avenues to attract diverse talent as well as promoting our inclusion and diversity best practices
- Live the WTW values of teamwork, integrity, client focus, respect and excellence

**The Requirements**
- A background in recruitment for Technology roles is essential (all disciplines considered); this would ideally comprise of both agency and in-house experience
- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables; being able to multitask and adjust tasks to focus on important or time sensitive tasks
- Demonstrable market knowledge of talent within the Technology space (specifically in the area of software technology talent)
- Excellent communication skills: A credible communicator who can reliably and consistently update the business, and flex their style to the audience
- Experience in utilising a wide range of technology tools and with applicant tracking systems
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and self sufficient
