**Social & Community Assistant**

**Salary - £28,000**

As a Social & Community Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences to all our players. Working closely with our Customer Experience & Community teams, you'll be responsible for driving our player engagement strategy and managing end-to-end player engagement initiatives across all markets.

**How will you do it?**
- Work closely with our Product teams to deliver game launches for our Italian, Spanish, Danish, Swedish & Dutch Chat Moderation teams.
- Drive initiatives to increase chat engagement and interaction levels.
- Use data, analytics, and insight to create and continually measure and monitor the impact on chat engagement levels.
- Winner Engagement - work closely with Marketing to own our winner contact strategy.
- Oversee chat generosity planning & budgets (in game prizes, quiz quids, merchandise)
- Plan & Manage Chat Champion activities.
- Research, measure & analyse competitor community activity.
- Player panel event management - organise and facilitate virtual and in-person player panel events.
- Responsible for QA for chat experience - oversee chat ban & Sin processes.
- Analyse and report on social channel community feedback (official and non-official social pages)

**What we need from you**
- Be passionate about improving our player experience driving initiatives to improve player engagement levels.
- A chat moderator expert - exceptional understanding of the chat moderator processes and procedures
- A Safeplay champion, picking up on language used by players and providing SP first aid as standard
- Develop an expert-level knowledge of the tombola websites and games.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively manage your own workload.
- Excellent communicator with great people skills
- Confident in using excel, word and PowerPoint.
