A flexible approach to work is essential as you will be working 40 hours a week over five days, including weekends and bank holidays.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Keep up to date records of cleaning and dishwasher temperatures, etc.
- Ensure all breakages are kept to a minimum.
- Assist in the smooth running of kitchen service.
- Ensure the dishwasher is emptied and clean after every service.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- A flexible approach to work.
- Excellent communication & organisation skills.
- Self-motivated with the drive and energy to see a task through to completion.
- Previous experience desirable but not essential.
