**Description**:We’re seeking a Donation Centre Assistant to join St David’s Hospice. As a Donation Centre Assistant you will assist in receiving goods from the public, identifying and sorting items ready for distribution to the various St David’s Hospice Charity shops. Helping to load and unload stock onto van. You may be required to assist with collections and deliveries on the van from time to time.

**We are looking for someone who will**:

- Deliver great customer service & promote the hospice at every opportunity
- Be enthusiastic and friendly
- Be able to work as part of a team while also having the ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to follow procedure with particular reference to the Hospice’s Retail Policy contents
- Develop and maintain knowledge and skills relevant to the role

**To do the role you'll need**:

- Experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent communications skills
- Commitment to Health and Safety regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Empathy for the Hospice, and alignment with the charity’s values
