**Your Role**

As a Dynamics F&SCM Support Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Enterprise Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics F&SCM knowledge and expertise to ensure delivery of high quality support and solutions to our D365 F&SCM customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- End to end support for all issues raised by the customers
- Problem solving / defining solutions that are best fit;
- Scoping and delivering standard change / consultancy;
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve D365 F&SCM issues in collaboration with colleagues, peers and Microsoft support.
- Offer guidance to colleagues on best practices and functions within the D365 F&SCM platform.
- Collaborate with peers and customers to understand process requirements and recommend enhancements or modifications to the system.
- Participate in reviews of essential system updates and releases ensuring smooth transitions and mínimal disruptions.
- Assure a professional and successful service delivery approach towards the customer.
- Support service readiness ahead of project go live.
- Provide input, advice and training to key-users and colleagues.
- Identify new opportunities to grow and enhance the customers D365 F&SCM solution
- Work will colleagues across the organisation including technical lead, consultants and Service Delivery Managers

**Qualifications**:
Desired Skills and Experience:
We're seeking a passionate team player with the following qualifications:

- Proven experience providing support for Dynamics F&SCM implementations;
- Solid D365 F&SCM Support experience (across various modules within D365 F&SCM - mainly Finance, Manufacturing and Warehousing)
- Experience delivering continual enhancement of Dynamics F&SCM implementations and working to the Microsoft update/release cadence.
- An excellent troubleshooter and problem solver
- Experience of working at a Microsoft partner
