**Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef**

**Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 DOE**

**Salary**: Either up to £32,000 per annum (Junior Sous Chef) or £35,000 per annum (Sous Chef)
Out client is recruiting an enthusiastic Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef who has a passion for great food and excellent hospitality You will be leading from the front, motivating, and developing your kitchen team to deliver quality food that will have a say in.
**The Role**:

- You will be leading a kitchen team to deliver food to a high standard
- You will work closely with the head chef and be involved in the development of menus within budgets
- Your role is key to ensuring high levels of quality fresh, local and seasonal food
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Engagement with our local suppliers to develop trade
