We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our fantastic team.

Heartwood Collection is an award-winning collection of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries at the heart of their local communities serving great fresh, seasonal food. Our investment in your development.

Heartwood Collection currently has 20 pubs and 14 Brasserie Blancs. We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years. **OTE is based on a 48-hour working week and the Tronc is calculated from the previous 6 months' site average
