Forensic Investigation Coordinator
An excellent opportunity to join our specialist Environmental and Forensic Investigation team as an Forensic Investigation Co-ordinator.
Working alongside our team of Environmental Consultants and Forensic Investigators, the role provides administrative office support to the UK function. The role holder will be permanently based in our laboratory in Brand Street, Glasgow.
We’re looking for a skilled, enthusiastic administrator. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of working within an insurance related business and some knowledge of property/liability claims. Knowledge of forensic investigation would be beneficial, although not considered essential as full training will be provided.
The role will entail general office duties which include maintaining the tidiness of the lab/office environment, reception duties and acting as a communication focal point for colleagues and customers. You will help manage our exhibit storage facilities across the UK and be responsible for maintaining accurate exhibit records in our Glasgow facility. You will also provide invoicing and digital filing support to the remote fee earning colleagues. The full time role will occasionally involve lone, office based working.
You will have/will be:
- Previous experience within a customer service/office environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- IT literate, particularly in Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work alone on occasion, with mínimal supervision.
