Do you have strong interpersonal skills? Do you enjoy supporting relationships with key retail customers? We’re looking for a proactive individual with a sharp eye for detail to join our Commercial team as Account Executive Assistant. You will assist the Commercial Manager with key retailer administration, including promotional brand activity, account management and forecast accuracy.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

**Account Executive Assistant responsibilities include**:

- Assist with preparation and presentation of sales forecasts, monthly performance updates and quarterly commercial budgetary reviews
- Support in the management of pricing activity whilst ensuring that cost prices are aligned to the retailers and changes are implemented in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with cross functional internal teams including marketing, category development, forecasting and supply chain customer service
- Learn and develop understanding of the products, be involved with innovation development, and build expertise in the categories relating to the lead account
- Assist with retailer portal administration and wider commercial team administration

**Account Executive Assistant requirements include**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Strong numeracy skills - GCSE (or equivalent) Maths
- Strong administration skills
- Previous experience of working in FMCG sector / food industry (desirable)
- Previous retailer experience (desirable)
- A self-starter, demonstrating a proactive approach with a high level of accuracy and commitment as well as a flexible approach to work
