**Careers Advisor - National Careers Service. Full time (37 hours per week). Permanent.**

We have an exciting opportunity for a committed, highly motivated individual to join our National Careers Service Team. You will be providing impartial information, advice and guidance to our 19+ clients who will be current or prospective students, or members of the wider community. The service is currently funded through the National Careers Service contract.

As a Careers Advisor you will provide impartial careers information and guidance in a variety of formats including face to face ,1:1 sessions, drop-ins, group presentations, telephone and online via teams (e-guidance).

You will need to work well as part of a wider team with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of young people and mature clients from a variety of backgrounds.

You will have in depth knowledge of the National Careers Service delivery model, including action planning, destination tracking and success monitoring. Knowledge and experience in career guidance preferably within an FE or community setting will be an advantage.
