Residential Property Solicitor, Chippenham
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fantastic firm with a noted settled and well-run residential conveyancing team.

You will also be asked to deal with more complex Conveyancing matters such as Shared Ownership; New builds; Lease extensions; Deeds of Variation; Unregistered property; Grant of and variation of easements; Transfers of part; Auction sales and purchases; Equityrelease; Sale and purchase of land; Agricultural property matters; Restrictive covenants;Residential leases; Property finance; Land acquisition and disposals.
This role will naturally allow you to become the point of contact and support for department members who are looking to upskill and broaden their experience in more complex matters.
Ideally you’ll have upwards of 4 years PQE and be able to work with mínimal supervision handling both routine and complex conveyancing matters.
You should also be happy getting involved in marketing, networking and business development activities to further both your own reputation and that of the firm generally.
If you have a knowledge of the local Wiltshire residential conveyancing market that would be of interest to the firm, however relocators will be considered too.
