They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Residential Property department in Chippenham, providing timely support to a busy Fee Earner

Maybe you already work at a practice in Chippenham but are keen to take on a fresh challenge. Or perhaps you face a commute further afield each day and would love the opportunity to work closer to home. Whatever your circumstances, if you have gained atleast 2 years experience of working as a Legal Secretary (or possibly much, much more) then we would be delighted to speak with you. Specific experience gained within a Property team is essential as you will need to hit the ground running.

Of utmost importance is a superb, empathetic telephone manner when dealing with clients at what can be an extremely stressful time in their lives. You will be the sort of individual who prides yourself on your ability to explain things clearly and calmly,putting Clients at ease.

You will be providing timely support throughout the whole conveyancing transaction, from initial instruction through to post completion matters and you will be happy juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
