We are looking for a Child Health Information Officer to join our busy and friendly team within the Community Child Health Information Service (CCHIS), based in Chichester.

The Child Health information Officer will undertake data entry and clerical duties in relation to vaccination/immunisation, early child health and school health within the Community Child Health Information Service (CCHIS).

**Main duties**:
Give feedback in order to develop in house processes and office functions to ensure efficient and accurate processes.

Answering calls with a responsive approach and excellent telephone manner.

Assists with photocopying and scanning into medical records.

Assists new staff recruited to the team by demonstrating own duties and explaining procedures and standards.

Assists new staff recruited to the service by showing them around the premises and explaining health and safety and fire evacuation procedures.

File electronic and paper based patient, staff and other service records in line with office procedures.

Cover the 17:00 finish once a week, with the support of an Administrator, have a flexible approach to this and be willing to swap and change days to support the rest of the team and service when needed.
