The role will typically involve:

- producing documents and letters as directed by fee earners
- attending to clients by telephone and in person
- assisting lawyers with day-to-day administrative matters
- opening new files, closing files
- archiving
- general file organisation
- billing procedures
- making appointments
- arranging meetings
