**ROLE**: Legal Secretary (Wills, Trusts & Probate)

**LOCATION**: Gainsborough

**SALARY**: Competitive, based on experience

**HOURS**: 09:00-17:15, Monday to Friday

**ROLE**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to work in our Gainsborough Branch. Working on complex Wills, Trusts and Probate matters you will be responsible for typing the dictation on a daily basis using speech recognition software, providing administrative support, speaking to clients in person and on the telephone, as well as completing and preparing standard file documentation including Court forms and providing occasional reception cover.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is required as well as fast, accurate audio typing skills. A background working in the legal sector is highly desirable and previous secretarial experience is essential.
