**Reports to: Human Resources Manager, Self-Storage**

To further promote and advance our business, we are seeking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team. This individual will help drive success by ensuring excellence in project delivery and adherence to customer-centric practices.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist employees and manager with HRIS System Training and maintenance
- Assist new hires in the onboarding process: coordinate welcome packets, new hire paperwork, etc.
- Manage time and attendance: Review timecards, missed punches, draft sensitive personnel notices
- Create and maintain employee files. (Active and Terminated files)
- Law and Applicable benefits through
- Union control where it applies in all BUs
- Inflation evaluation for Next Year Budget
- Assistance in recruitment and interview process
- Support leadership in KPT strategy and implementation and satisfaction surveys
- Take ownership of online requests control
- Support the Succession planning process
- Assist supervisors and managers with processing employee request forms
- Assist employees as needed with benefits enrollments and relative events
- Work with Global and local HR team to support overall office administration
- Consistently filing paperwork in employee files within the HR department
- Other duties may be assigned by Corporate HR or HR Business Partner

**Skill Requirements**:

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Paycom (HR/Payroll system) experience a plus but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proactive, self-starter who is eager to learn
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and proactively
- Ability to function independently with an ability to multi-task

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in an HR role
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Able to work independently and maintain a high-level confidentiality
- Highly Organized with a strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to work under time constraints when necessary
