We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team at Lilliardsedge Holiday Park & Golf Course, Jedburgh. Great hourly rate of pay. This is a permanent position to work part time hours. This will be 30 hours across Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday’s. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

Main responsibilities: The successful Office Assistant will
- Answering all incoming calls dealing with general enquiries
- Taking bookings for our Bar & Restaurant, Golf Course and Hire Fleet
- Taking Payments over the telephone
- Helping Check in Guests to their accommodation
- Dealing with Customer Complaints
- Working along side the Marketing and Events Team
- Cash Handling
- Processing Data

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
