Sales Coordinator

**Salary**: £24,000 - £26,000

Location: Jedburgh

We are working with a global organisation who is looking to recruit a new sales coordinator for their team. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who has worked as a sales coordinator previously but wants a new and challenging career.

Your role will entail working closely with customers and 3rd parties regarding current and new projects. You will be working closely with internal teams as well as booking transport and helping create new ideas of the team.

THE ROLE:
Assisting the current team which will entail dealing with new and existing projects.

Liaise with suppliers, customers, and 3rd parties.

Working closely with external teams, sending samples as and when required

Following up with the progress of orders which will entail liaising with your internal colleagues.

Preparing quotations

Liaise with the transport department book and chase the current delivery status.

Some travel to other offices in the UK may be needed in this role.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role would suit a person who has worked in a print or packing industry.

A person who is motivated to work on their own and part of a team.

Previous experience processing orders and dealing with internal and external queries.

Good communication skills both written and spoken.

The ability to work in a fast paced environment and have a high degree or attention to detail skills

Customer service, internal sales or sales administration experience would be an advantage.
