My client, a global asset manager company based in the city of London, are looking for someone well-presented and driven to assist the Operations team with all meeting room related needs and services, reporting facilities issues, and client relationship management.
What you’ll do:

- Supporting the Manager with all meeting service requirements, allocating meeting rooms.
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Overseeing the smooth running of the facilities
- Act as a focal point for all requirements, including porterage, cleaning and catering
- Providing reception with name and company details to ensure badges are prepared accurately
- Housekeeping on a weekly basis
- Ensure stock of pads, pens and related stationary for meeting room use are provided

Who you’ll be:

- Previous experience working in a front of house / reception position
- Hardworking and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ‘Can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
