Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our team. The Construction Administrator will be responsible for administering the operational aspects of the installation works, they will work closely with our Operations Manager, Contracts Manager and Site Supervisors. This is a part-time position located at our office in Cowbridge_._

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinating and issuing of operational documentation on installation projects.
- Administration of various information platforms.
- Procuring materials.
- General office duties.

**Skills**:

- A proven track record in construction administration.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- A determination to attain the highest possible standard of work across the business.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 16 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
