My client, a Southeast London local authority seek an experienced tenancy Management and Resettlement Office to start this ongoing temp booking asap
Customer care, lettings advice and supporting the tenant to sustain their tenancy is a major part of this role. In line with maximizing the number of homeless households who can move successfully into good quality, affordable private rented accommodationfrom various services such as HOC, CYP and NRTPF.
To promote the use of the private rented sector as a viable alternative to social rented housing, in order to encourage independence, prevent homelessness, provide settled housing solutions and reduce the Council’s use of temporary accommodation.
To effectively report, as required, on performance, against local and corporate targets.
Experience in discharging duty, robust suitability checks and home visits would also be beneficial in this role
**officers will be expected to come in for now 2 days a week**
DBS Type - Basic
Hourly Rate - £19.91 PAYE - £24.72 Umbrella
Working Hours - 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri
