Claims Administrator

Fantastic opportunity for a Claims Administrator for one of the largest insurance companies in the UK. The client prides themselves on providing an exceptional service for their clients, as well as ensuring the happiness and growth of their employees.
As a leading figure in the claim's arena, it's this same mentality that ensures their clients are happy and the client base grows. The Claims Administrator will be responsible for onboarding new clients and keeping everything inline with standard level agreements.
In return, the Claims Administrator will expect a salary of £23,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working with the onboarding of new clients
- Moving the claims through the system, making sure they are meeting SLA's
- Dealing with escalations and complaints
- Reporting on claim progression
- Ensure all details are added correctly onto the system
- Other relevant ad-hoc duties when necessary
Skills & Requirements
- Claims Administration experience is imperative
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs
