We are looking for caring, honest, innovative individuals to join our dedicated team of Bank Recovery Support colleagues to positively engage with our clients in our 'Enhanced Community Recovery’ supported living service in Northampton.
Hours are flexible, you pick what suits you, based on the rota. Shifts include days, sleep ins, weekends, evenings and lone working. There is also opportunity to work in neighbouring schemes in Wellingborough and Peterborough.

**About you, about the role**
You may already have experience of providing care to people with mental health support needs, although full training will be given to enable you to provide recovery focused, person-centred support for our clients to live as independently as possible within the community.
